Storytelling has always come naturally to me — whether through words, photos or design.

I grew up in Minnesota and earned my Communications degree from the College of Saint Benedict. My career began as a community reporter at a newspaper in Alexandria, MN, where I honed my ability to connect with people and share their stories. While I loved the storytelling aspect, I soon realized that journalism wasn’t the long-term path for me.

However, during my time at the paper I had actually interviewed the CYBERsprout team and written a story about the company. When a design position opened, I know I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to work with such an incredible team and diving deeper into the design side of my passions. I am grateful every day that I took a chance on that job opening because I genuinely love the work I do.

When I’m not bringing stories to life, you’ll find me at home with my husband and son, soaking up Minnesota summers, traveling with my mom and sister, capturing moments through my lens, sipping iced Americanos, tackling CrossFit workouts, or getting lost in a good book.
