Benedict’s, a member of the Northern Hospitality & Co. restaurant family, has had a longstanding partnership with CYBERsprout. What began as a single restaurant location has evolved into a growing enterprise. Instead of continuing to create individual websites for each location, Benedict’s opted to consolidate all their locations into one cohesive, user-friendly website.

The new website needed to facilitate the swift and convenient addition of new locations as Benedict’s expands their market presence. It was also important to highlight the distinct styles and unique features of each location, all while maintaining the ease of website management and updates.

True to their commitment to brand and style, Benedict’s aimed for this new website to exude the vibrant and exciting personality that they are known for.

Our Solution

We began the project by crafting a custom content management system tailored to meet Benedict’s specific requirements for managing individual locations. This system also streamlined the process of updating and maintaining the menu pages on their website. The Benedict’s team can effortlessly make updates through their administrative dashboard, and the website templates automatically showcase the content in an elegantly designed format. To ensure consistency in what visitors see, some content is shared across multiple pages on the site, allowing updates to be made in one central location.

In addition, we meticulously planned the user journey through the site, considering the hierarchy of displayed information, as well as the placement of essential actions and buttons. This strategic approach ensures that vital information is easily accessible to visitors, resulting in an enjoyable and user-friendly experience. Furthermore, this mapping enabled us to emphasize online ordering and restaurant directions, ultimately driving more orders and visits to each location.

Understanding the importance of visual appeal in the restaurant industry, we made certain that the website pages prominently featured high-quality photos of their unique menu items, tantalizing visitors’ appetites for more. We also seamlessly integrated a live feed of customer reviews, pulling in new Google and Facebook reviews that spotlighted Benedict’s outstanding service, charm, and positive customer interactions.
