Two women, including Web Solutions Consultant Tiffany Jenniges from CYBERsprout, smile while taking a selfie outdoors, standing in front of green bushes and wooden debris.

If you’re thinking about a new website and reach out to CYBERsprout, there’s a good chance Tiffany Jenniges will be one of the first people you meet.

Which works out well, because Tiffany really likes talking to people.

And when she says she can talk, she means it.

“I was a hairstylist for many years, so when I say I can talk, I can TALK! (and listen).”

Tiffany joined CYBERsprout in May 2026 as our Web Solutions Consultant, helping businesses and organizations figure out what they need from their website, where they want to go next, and how our team can help them get there.

For Tiffany, joining CYBERsprout felt a little like finding the right combination of things she’d been collecting throughout her career.

She’s been part of the Alexandria community for years and was already familiar with CYBERsprout and our work. With a background in design, marketing, small business ownership, and client service, she saw a chance to put a whole mix of skills to work in one place.

It didn’t hurt that she already knew we were a “fun, quirky and talented team.”

Once onboarding started, though, it was the way the team worked together that really stood out. Tiffany liked seeing how much care goes into supporting both clients and coworkers, and how projects aren’t handed off from one person to the next—they’re shaped by a team of people bringing different ideas and perspectives to the table.

That fits nicely with what Tiffany will be doing here.

As a Web Solutions Consultant, she gets to spend a lot of time learning about people’s businesses, organizations, goals, ideas and, occasionally, the big pile of website problems they’re hoping someone can help untangle.

That’s the part she’s especially excited about.

Before joining CYBERsprout, Tiffany spent years as a hairstylist and business owner. She’s also done freelance logo and brand design and worked in digital marketing for both a finance company and a local college, building experience in web design, digital advertising, social media and more.

It’s a pretty varied résumé. But some of the skills she values most came from years of working one-on-one with people behind the salon chair.

Listening. Asking questions. Problem solving. Picking up on the little details.

Turns out, those skills translate pretty well to websites.

Tiffany understands that building a website can feel surprisingly personal. It’s not just a collection of pages and buttons—it’s representing something you’ve built, something you care about and something you want other people to understand.

That’s why she wants clients to feel heard from the very beginning.

Four people walk arm in arm outdoors, smiling and laughing. They appear to be a family—perhaps even Tiffany Jenniges, Web Solutions Consultant at CYBERsprout, enjoying a sunny day together in a natural, green setting.
A person wearing a backpack stands on rocky terrain, looking at a large waterfall surrounded by trees and greenery—capturing the adventurous spirit that inspires Tiffany Jenniges, Web Solutions Consultant at CYBERsprout.

Outside of work, Tiffany describes herself as curious, adventurous and real. The first two become pretty obvious once you hear how she spends her free time.

Her hobbies rotate with Minnesota’s seasons: paddleboarding and kayaking in the summer, bow hunting in the fall, snowboarding in the winter and gardening in the spring.

But apparently four seasons of hobbies weren’t enough.

Tiffany also loves learning new skills just because she can. She’s taken pottery classes, learned taxidermy and picked up plenty of DIY home renovation skills by falling down the occasional YouTube rabbit hole. She forages for mushrooms, identifies herbs and plants, cooks over a fire, and cans and preserves food she harvests.

Her words: “Yes, I’m a nerd.”

Her coworkers would probably add “never boring.”

Tiffany is also refreshingly straightforward. She likes sharing ideas, appreciates honest feedback and isn’t afraid of a little bluntness when it helps everyone get where they’re going faster.

As she settles into her role at CYBERsprout, she’s most looking forward to building relationships with the businesses and organizations we work with—whether they’ve been clients for years or are having their very first conversation with us.

Because while technology keeps changing, a website still has an important job to do. It’s representing your business 24/7, and Tiffany believes it should actually feel like the people and personality behind it.

Helping clients get from “We know we need a better website” to something they’re genuinely proud to put out into the world?

That sounds like a pretty good next adventure.

Welcome to CYBERsprout, Tiffany. We’re glad you found your way to our quirky little corner of the internet.
