They decided to revamp their website to match their new brand look and make it easier for visitors to navigate and engage with their content.

Our Solution

For Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s new website, we embraced a beachy aesthetic with cool colors reminiscent of water and the ocean, aiming for a relaxing and peaceful user experience. Leveraging Loggerhead’s impressive in-house photography of turtles, the facility, and visitor interactions, we created a visually engaging site that truly reflects their mission.

To ensure the website was easy to update while maintaining a consistent look aligned with their new brand, we built content templates that streamline the updating process. These templates allow staff to fill in basic information through form templates, which then automatically populate the page design. This approach not only maintains visual consistency but also simplifies the process for non-technical users.

We also streamlined the website’s content, focusing on concise summaries, strategic headings, and callouts to make information more skimmable and digestible. This helps visitors quickly find and understand the content they need.

For functionality, we implemented several key tools:

GiveWP for seamless online donations,
FareHarbor for online ticket sales and event registrations,
Gravity Forms for custom form development with conditional fields,
SearchWP for an enhanced search experience,
WP Review Slider to automatically pull in positive reviews from Google and Facebook.
