Overview
Downtown Liquor and Plaza Liquor, the two municipally owned liquor stores in Alexandria, approached our team to create an online ordering solution that integrated with their Logivision Point of Sale and Inventory software. After the online ordering craze sparked by the 2020 pandemic, they were looking to extend their services and make it easier for customers to browse online and place an order for curbside pickup.
This project tackled many challenges including integrating with an existing sales software, creating a seamless curbside pickup reservation system, streamlining the processing of orders for a busy store staff, and building an experience that made it fun for customers to use.
