2016 was a great year for CYBERsprout. So great in fact, we couldn’t keep up! We needed someone to keep us organized and on track. Enter Brad. Brad is a Nebraska transplant (sensing a theme?) living right here in Alexandria. Formerly with Gallup he’s currently taking on the role of Client Relationship Manager here at CYBERsprout. Let’s learn a little more about Brad:
What is the wallpaper on your phone?
This is really boring but I tend to like clean and simple…it is a slate grey.

If you could live anywhere where would it be and why?
I love the water and would definitely live on a beach somewhere warm.
How do you like to approach challenges?
For me, the most important place to start is making sure that everyone’s thoughts and ideas are collected and heard, especially the quiet voices that tend to hide out. From there, it is a matter of creating a solution that pulls on all of the great ideas and then finding the path of least resistance to getting the ideas accomplished. After the dragon is slayed, it is time to celebrate our success….drinks anyone?
What’s your drink of choice?
Tough choice…a good IPA or a solid whiskey on the rocks
Favorite things to do outside of work?
I love being active with my dog Mira…including but not limited to running, hiking, swimming and walking. I also enjoy hitting the trails on my bike. In the cold winter months, hand me a book and good cup of coffee and let me veg out.
